Hey, I’m Claire — founder of Claireity.

I am a people strategist and operations untangler. I believe that most business chaos isn’t because people are bad at their jobs… it’s because the systems around them don’t make sense.

For over a decade, I’ve helped growing teams get unstuck. This involves defining values that actually live in the culture. It might include rebuilding HR processes from the ground up. Sometimes, it’s just about stopping everyone from talking over each other in Slack!

I don’t do fluff. I do calm, kind, clear, and clever. I bring structure with heart — and the occasional spreadsheet with way too many colour codes…you will get used to it!
