Ummanu Health is a next-generation telemedicine platform transforming how remote consultations are delivered. Its intelligent eHub allows health systems to scale virtual care efficiently-doubling clinical capacity through smart automation. Features like virtual waiting rooms, self-service admin tools, predictive dialling, and auto-rescheduling reduce no-shows and streamline care delivery.

In this global leadership role, I shaped the people strategy across the UK, Israel, and Ukraine. I delivered this strategy during a time of post-acquisition integration and rapid growth. The period was marked by geopolitical complexity. My focus was on creating scalable, people-first systems that supported culture, compliance, and engagement in a fully remote, cross-cultural environment.

Key Achievements:

  • Successfully managed UK redundancy processes with a focus on compliance, empathetic communication, and staff support.
  • Led all HR functions post-acquisition, partnering with leadership to drive engagement, wellbeing, and performance through a human-centric lens.
  • Developed a comprehensive global HR hub, including an Employee Handbook and cultural resources, to improve internal communication and cohesion.
  • Launched company-wide wellbeing initiatives, boosting programme participation by 42% through data-informed strategies.
  • Introduced and embedded OKRs and continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., “Stop, Start, Continue”) to foster growth and accountability.
  • Oversaw HRIS transformation-cutting admin workload by 20% and enhancing real-time reporting capabilities.
