Eva Health delivered a cutting-edge, 100% cloud-based healthcare platform, enabling clinicians to access secure, NHS-integrated applications without installation-anytime, anywhere. Eva was designed to meet the diverse needs of care settings. It offered robust functionality and ensured seamless interoperability across national systems.
In this strategic role, I partnered closely with the CEO and senior leadership team. I led day-to-day operations and drove cross-functional initiatives. I also supported the successful M&A process with Ummanu Health Technology Ltd. A key focus was ensuring business continuity and staff support throughout the transition.
Key Achievements:
- Collaborated with the Senior Team to close the M&A with Ummanu Health. Oversaw operational alignment. Provided structured support for staff during the transitional period.
- Led cross-functional teams across finance, marketing, HR, and IT to deliver improvements in efficiency and performance.
- Achieved successful re-certification for ISO27001 (information security) and ISO22301 (business continuity), enhancing organisational resilience.
- Implemented financial controls and cost-saving measures, reducing expenditure by £15 per employee per month.
- Improved internal communication channels to strengthen transparency and employee engagement.
- Directed a full website redesign to align with brand evolution and improve digital experience.
